The first step is to select the facility where you want to rent your storage unit.
Once inside, you can choose the size you need and view the available units of that size on the facility map.
During the hiring process, you will also be able to:
(up to 20 days in advance)
according to the minimum period of permanence
Once you have entered your personal data,
You will only have to accept the terms and conditions and pay by credit card.
Receive access
to the app
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email at the address associated with your account, containing a direct link to download the Trastelia app along with your login credentials.
After downloading the app and logging in for the first time, your contract will appear on the screen so you can review and sign it directly from your phone.
Once the contract is signed, your access will be activated, and you can start using your storage unit as usual.

Using the Trastelia app, you can unlock the doors to the facility and your storage unit using the digital keys available on the main screen.
You’ll also have a personal numeric access code that you can use on the keypads installed at the main entrances to the facility and in the hallways.
This way, you can access your storage unit whenever you need to.

Through the app, you can also manage various aspects of your rental, such as viewing your invoices, downloading your contract, creating access for other people, or canceling your contract when needed.

The Trastelia app lets you quickly and easily monitor and manage everything related to your storage unit.
Access to the center and your storage room
On the app's home screen, you'll find the digital keys that let you unlock the building's doors and your storage unit directly from your phone.
To do so, simply swipe the access button on the screen. Before opening the door, the app will display a confirmation window to prevent accidental openings.
The system allows you to operate the locks from anywhere as long as you have an internet connection.
View and download your invoices
From the "Invoices" section, you can download receipts for all payments made and update the details of the credit card linked to your account.
Manage your profile
You can view your personal information, change your password, and select the app's language (Spanish, English, French, or German).
Consult the information of your storage room
In the “Storage Units” section, you can view all the information related to your rental.
From here, you can:
- download the signed contract
- check your personal access code
- cancel your rental
Share temporary accesses
The app lets you create temporary access passes so that other people can enter the facility or your storage unit for a specific period of time.
When creating a temporary pass, you can set:
- the start date and time
- the end date and time of access
Once created, the system automatically generates a link that you can share via WhatsApp or email.
The person who receives that link will be able to open the doors to the facility and the storage unit during the authorized period, just like the contract holder.
Switches between centers
If you have storage units at different locations, you can switch between them in the app to manage each one separately.

In the “Center” section, you’ll find the contact information for the facility where you’ve rented your storage unit, with quick links to contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone in case of an issue.
